Highlighting regional creative talent at Hometown Harvest Fest – October 7th
Organized by the Tunkhannock Business and Professional Association and Kitson Alliance

On Saturday, October 7th, Tunkhannock’s annual celebration of art, in its many forms: paint, threads, quilts, clay and music; begins with an American Flag dedication, at 11 a.m., on the Dietrich Theater’s greenspace at the corner of Tioga Street and Bridge Street. All are welcome to attend this ceremony to dedicate this new flag in honor of all the past, present, and future veterans of Wyoming County.
According to Jim Rosengrant, a US Navy Veteran and now a dedicated volunteer at the Dietrich Theater,” We have such a nice green space here at the Dietrich and it is right in the middle of town, I thought it might be a nice place to have something to honor our Wyoming County veterans. As a member of the local American Legion, I knew there would be a lot of local support for a flagpole and plaque. Once the board of the Dietrich gave their okay it took off. So many people and businesses jumped right in and made it happen.”
Hometown Fall Fest is organized and sponsored by the Tunkhannock Business and Professional
